The Community Center is a hub for members and groups of the community for meetings, events and functions. This addition to Newport is a valuable investment as the surrounding area lacks community focused buildings.

In response to the original Newport Railway museum, the train gallery provides a space for the trains to be housed out of the elements. The Train Gallery also allows access for viewing safely up close to the trains as well as viewing from above.

The intention behind the Floating Gallery is to display large sculptures and works transported and craned in via the on-site train track network showcasing the local industrial technology
