This semester taught me a lot of new and valuable skills to take with me into my architecture career. The form finding process isn’t something I would have considered doing in the practice of an architectural position.

This studio taught me that site analysis isn’t just the study of a sun and shadow diagram but also the history of the site and the relation to its surrounding elements.

After the presentation for part B of this studio it was clear that there was a lot of work to be done to feel satisfied with the design. After many hours of research and concept development both Trent and I are more than satisfied with how the project has turned around to relate to our form finding and relation to water.
